Where we work
Close enough to drive. That is the whole point.
EzziTrust is based in Katy and works across the western Houston metro. Remote support reaches your people wherever they are, but on site work has a boundary, and we would rather publish it than let you find it out during an outage.

What reaches how far
Three kinds of cover, three different boundaries
Providers tend to blur these together into one map. They are not the same thing, and the difference is what you feel on a bad day.
On site, hands on hardware
Someone drives to you. That is why the towns and counties listed above are a real boundary rather than a marketing map. If a server needs a person standing next to it, it needs to be inside this area.
Remote support and monitoring
Reaches anywhere your staff are. Remote work, a second site, an employee who moved. Most tickets never need a visit, which is why the help desk is not limited by geography even though the van is.
The overnight watch
Monitoring does not stop when Katy goes home, and it is not handed abroad either. Support is staffed in the United States around the clock, nights and weekends included, which is how a 15 minutes response commitment holds at three in the morning rather than only during office hours.
Worth being clear about
What a 15 minutes response is, and is not
It is the time to a person responding and starting work, at any hour of any day. It is not the time to an engineer arriving at your door, and no provider in this city can promise that one honestly.
In practice most emergencies are diagnosed remotely inside that window, and a good number are resolved there, because the monitoring has usually already flagged what failed before anyone picks up the phone. Where a visit is needed, it is scheduled from that point, and being twenty minutes away rather than across the metro is what makes that a same day conversation.
We put it this way because the alternative is a customer who assumed something different, once, on the worst morning of their quarter. That is a bad way to learn what your contract says.
Questions about coverage
Straight answers
Which towns and counties do you cover on site?
On site work covers Katy, Houston, Sugar Land, Cypress, Fulshear, Richmond, and across Harris County, Fort Bend County, Montgomery County, Galveston County. Remote support and monitoring reach further than that, but anything needing hands on hardware stays inside those counties.
Does a 15 minute response mean an engineer arrives in 15 minutes?
No, and it is worth being clear about it. The 15 minutes commitment is the time to a human responding and starting work, at any hour, not the time to a van pulling into your car park. In practice most emergencies are diagnosed and often resolved remotely inside that window, because the monitoring has usually already told us what broke. A physical visit is scheduled from there.
If we call at 2am, does someone actually answer, and where are they?
Yes, and in the United States. Support is staffed in the United States around the clock, nights and weekends included, and an emergency is responded to inside 15 minutes at any hour. Two things are worth checking with any provider here. The first is whether the out of hours line is monitored or is an answering service taking a message for the morning. The second is where it is answered from, because plenty of providers in this city hand the night shift overseas without mentioning it. The core team sits in Katy, Texas, and staffs the help desk during Monday to Friday, 8AM to 6PM Central.
Do you have an office we can actually visit?
Yes. 440 Cobia Dr, Unit 1101, Katy, TX 77494. It is a real office with real people in it, open Monday to Friday, 8AM to 6PM Central. Worth checking with any provider you are considering, because a registered address and a staffed office are not the same thing.
Most IT support is remote now. Why does the service area matter?
Because the things that go worst wrong are physical. A failed switch, a dead server, a flooded comms cupboard, a machine that will not boot after a power cut. Those are the days you find out whether your provider is two hours away or twenty minutes away. The rest of the time you are right, the geography barely matters.
We have more than one office. Does that work?
Yes, within the plan limits. Fully Managed IT covers up to 3 servers and 2 office locations, and Cybersecurity & Compliance covers 1 server and 1 location. More sites than that is a conversation rather than a no, and the number is on the pricing page rather than found out later.
Find out if you are in range
Tell us where your offices are and what you are running. We will say plainly whether we are the right fit for the geography.
