Why there are no downloads here
We would rather just answer the question
A gated whitepaper is a trade: you give up an email address and receive something you could usually have read on a page. Most of what those documents contain is on this site already, ungated, because the answer is more useful to you than the download is to us.
When we do publish longer pieces they will appear on the blog and they will not sit behind a form either. If you would rather talk than read, the review takes thirty minutes and you keep the notes.
About this page
Straight answers
Why is there nothing to download here?
Because a gated whitepaper is a trade, and it is a poor one for you. You give up an email address and receive a document containing what a web page could have told you, then get followed up about it. Everything we would have put in a whitepaper is on these pages already, ungated, because an answer you can read now is worth more to you than a PDF is to us.
What if my question is not answered anywhere on the site?
Ask it. The quickest route is the phone, (346) 680-5300, during Monday to Friday, 8AM to 6PM Central. If it turns out to be a question other people are also asking, it usually ends up as a new entry on one of these pages, which is where most of the current ones came from.
How current are these answers?
They are written against a single source of facts in the site's own code, so a price, a contract term or a response time appears identically everywhere and changes everywhere at once. That is deliberate: the previous version of this website stated its own compliance position six different ways across six pages, and the arithmetic on its pricing page did not match its plans.
