Small enough to matter to us
A typical client is 20 users on Fully Managed IT, which is $3,060 a month. The buyer is usually the owner, CEO or president rather than an IT manager, because at this size there generally is not one.

What is not on this site
The claims we took down
An earlier version of this website carried a client count, a retention percentage, a satisfaction score, several vendor partner badges and a set of awards. We went through them one by one and removed the ones that could not be evidenced. Some were out of date, some belonged to a related company rather than this one, and some nobody could source at all.
The same applies to compliance. EzziTrust LLC operates to SOC 2 aligned controls and its own Type II audit is in progress. It would be easy to write the word certified and easier still to borrow a related company's report, and both are the kind of thing that unravels during due diligence rather than before it.
What is left is smaller and duller than a page of logos, and it has one advantage: every number on this site can be checked, and the ones we could not stand behind are simply gone. If you are comparing us against a provider whose homepage carries five badges and no prices, that difference is the comparison.

Who owns EzziTrust?
EzziTrust LLC is part of Henagon Inc. The office and the operation are in Katy, Texas, and the company trades under its own name rather than as a franchise or a reseller of somebody else's service desk.
How long has the team been doing this?
The EzziTrust management team has over 30 years of IT experience. That is deliberately worded as the team rather than the company, because the two are different numbers and conflating them is one of the more common ways an IT company oversells its history. We would rather you knew which one we mean.
Which industries do you focus on?
manufacturing and professional services, primarily. Not because we cannot support others, but because those two are where we have done the most work and where the compliance pressure sits hardest. A provider who claims every vertical equally is telling you they have no particular depth in any of them.
Can you name any clients?
Manteo Capital and iSIMS LLC have both agreed to be named. We have deliberately not attached invented quotes to either, and there are no testimonials on this site yet, because none have been written. When they exist they will appear with a real name and a real job title attached.
Are you hiring?
Yes. Roles are based out of the Katy office and enquiries go to careers@ezzitrust.com. Worth saying plainly since the old version of this site advertised roles in cities where the company had no presence.
Why should we believe what is written on this site?
Because most of it is checkable before you speak to anyone. The prices are published, the contract terms are on the pricing page, the response commitment is a number rather than an adjective, and where we are not certified we say so. The things we cannot evidence are not here at all, which is a smaller claim than most of our competitors make and a more useful one.
