Three things worth knowing
You may not need the full plan
If you already have an IT person, Cybersecurity & Compliance covers the security and compliance side and leaves them in place. When a client already has an IT person we run co-managed. They keep supporting your people while we take cybersecurity and compliance, and our team covers nights, weekends and anything they cannot get to.
How managed IT worksCompliance is included, not extra
Security awareness training, phishing simulations and tested backups sit inside every plan rather than being sold on top, because that is what an auditor asks for. On our own position: EzziTrust LLC operates to SOC 2 aligned controls and its own Type II audit is in progress.
Our security stackSecurity leadership is a line item, not a salary
vCISO consulting is included from the entry plan up, which is the part most companies assume they cannot afford. Framework selection, risk register and audit preparation come with it.

Why does EzziTrust publish prices when most Houston MSPs do not?
Because the alternative wastes everyone's time. A 20 person company on Fully Managed IT is $3,060 a month, and you can work that out on this page without a discovery call. If the number does not suit you, we would both rather know now.
Is there a setup or onboarding fee?
No. There is no separate onboarding charge. Onboarding takes 4 to 6 weeks from signature to fully managed, and it is covered by the monthly fee.
What is included in the price and what costs extra?
Every plan includes the security stack, monitoring, patching, backup and training listed above. The limits are the things to check: Cybersecurity & Compliance covers Remote support at 0.10 hours per user and 1 server, 1 office location. Fully Managed IT raises that to up to 3 servers and 2 office locations and adds unlimited help desk for every user. Support runs 24 hours a day, every day, and emergencies are answered inside 15 minutes at any hour, at no extra cost.
How long is the contract and how do we leave?
The initial term is 36 months, with a 90 day cancellation window and a 5% annual adjustment. Those three numbers are on this page rather than buried in the agreement, which is the whole point.
Which plan do most companies choose?
Fully Managed IT, at $153 per user per month. It suits companies of roughly 11 to 50 people who want the whole IT function handed over rather than supplemented. Cybersecurity & Compliance is for teams who already have IT covered and need only the security and audit side.
Is there a minimum company size?
In practice, yes. Below about 10 users the per user model stops making sense for you, and you are better served by break fix support or a smaller local provider. We would rather say that now than sell you something you do not need.
