What EzziTrust LLC collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. Written to be read rather than to be impenetrable.

Who we are

EzziTrust LLC, part of Henagon Inc, at 440 Cobia Dr, Unit 1101, Katy, TX 77494, US. For anything on this page, write to privacy@ezzitrust.com.

What we collect

What you send us. If you phone or email, we hold what you tell us: usually a name, a company, contact details and whatever you wrote. We keep it so we can reply and, if you become a client, so we can run the service you are paying for.

Server logs. Like any website, the hosting platform records requests, which includes IP addresses, timestamps and which pages were requested. These are used for security and to keep the site running, and are not used to build a profile of you.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: which pages are read, roughly where visitors are, and which pages lead to an enquiry. It sets cookies in your browser and shares data with Google, who act as our provider for it. We use it to decide what to write and what to fix. We do not use it to identify you individually, and we have not enabled advertising features or audience sharing.

What we do not collect. There are no advertising pixels on this site and no third party marketing trackers. There is no contact form, so nothing is submitted through the site at all. If a form is added, this page will describe it before it goes live rather than afterwards.

Opting out of analytics. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings, use Google's own opt out browser add on, or browse privately. None of it affects how the site works or what you can read.

Why we hold it

To answer enquiries, to deliver and support the services a client has bought, to send administrative messages such as invoices and service notices, and to meet our own legal and accounting obligations. We do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing.

Who else sees it

The service providers who help us operate: email, hosting, accounting, and the technical platforms used to deliver managed services to clients. They act on our instructions. We do not sell personal information and we do not pass it to anyone for their own marketing purposes. We may disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become clients are kept while there is a reasonable prospect of a conversation, and then removed. Client records are kept for the life of the relationship and afterwards for as long as tax, contractual and legal obligations require.

What you can ask for

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email privacy@ezzitrust.com and say what you want. No particular form of words is needed and you do not have to explain why. We will respond within a reasonable period, and if we cannot do what you asked, we will say why rather than ignore it.

Security

We apply the same controls to our own systems that we sell to clients: access control, monitoring, endpoint protection and tested backups. No arrangement is perfect, and any claim otherwise should be treated with suspicion, including ours.

Children

This is a business to business service. The site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. If a change materially affects what we collect or why, we will say so rather than rely on the date alone.

Common questions

Straight answers

Does this website track me?

We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages get read and which lead to an enquiry, which sets cookies in your browser. There are no advertising pixels and no third party marketing trackers, and we have not turned on advertising features. You can block the cookies in your browser or use Google's opt out add on, and nothing on the site stops working if you do.

How do I ask what data you hold about me?

Email privacy@ezzitrust.com and ask. We will tell you what we hold, and delete it if you want it deleted and we are not required to keep it. You do not need to give a reason or use particular wording.

Do you sell personal information?

No. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. The only third parties who touch it are the service providers who help us run the business, such as email and hosting.
